AceShowbiz - Christina Hall (Christina El Moussa) has listed her 5,000-square-foot, 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom farmhouse in Leiper's Fork, Tennessee for $4.5 million. The home, which Hall purchased for $2.5 million in February 2021, has served as the setting for her reality show, "Christina in the Country".
According to court documents, Hall is the sole owner of the property. A temporary legal agreement between Hall and her ex-husband, Josh Hall, showed that Josh had permission to use the residence. However, the sale has created tension between the couple.
In a post about the sale on Instagram, Hall commented, "Bittersweet... this was an amazing home." She also hinted at her separation from Josh, writing, "Time to go back to reality... Remember when you said you would never steal from me or my kids and you would just be happy in a van with your dog?"
Josh Hall filed for divorce in July and later moved out of their $12 million mansion in Newport Beach, California. Christina has not yet filed a response to the petition.
While Hall has expressed excitement about the sale and her future ventures, the divorce process has been an emotional one for both parties. The farmhouse listing is a reminder of the home they once shared and the challenges they are facing as they navigate their separation.
