AceShowbiz - On October 2, "Jersey Shore" star Angelina Pivarnick, 38, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct following a domestic violence incident at her Freehold Township home in New Jersey that occurred in June.

According to her attorney, this is considered a "non-criminal offense in New Jersey." Additionally, there will be a conditional dismissal, meaning the charge can be erased from her record if she meets certain probationary requirements within the next year.

The case against Pivarnick initially included multiple charges: obstruction of the administration of law, resisting arrest, simple assault, and criminal mischief, but these were all dropped after her guilty plea for disorderly conduct.

Her attorney James Leonard Jr. was thrilled with the outcome, "All of Angelina's criminal charges were dismissed. She admitted responsibility only for a non-criminal offense, the substance of which was that she created a minor disturbance at her own home."

Speaking on the June 2 incident, reports indicate that Vinny Tortorella, Pivarnick's fiancé, was present, though it's unclear if he was the victim. The police complaint noted that the unidentified victim suffered bodily injury from being struck with hands or fists, resulting in scratches, redness, and pain. The complaint also mentioned Pivarnick attacking a vehicle, causing damage under $500.

It's worth noting that this isn't the first time police have been called to Pivarnick's home. In August, she dialed 911 after another alleged altercation with Tortorella. Despite this, no charges were filed, and the couple remains engaged and living together. Tortorella's attorney confirmed, "Mr. Tortorella denies any act of impropriety that would warrant police involvement and denies any act of domestic violence occurred."

Pivarnick, known for her time on "Jersey Shore", has been in the limelight for more than just her reality TV antics. As she navigates these legal challenges, she recently shared on Instagram a cryptic post stating "New beginnings."
