"I thought stressful was not having Super Bowl rings," Brady said. "There was a mindset of a champion that I took to work every day.... This wasn't daycare. If I wanted to have fun, I was going to go to Disneyland with my kids."
Brady emphasized the importance of pushing teammates outside their comfort zones and raising expectations. He pointed to former teammates like Rob Gronkowski as examples of those who embrace this approach. "We gotta make sure we go out there and deliver," Brady continued.
Mayfield's comments came during an appearance on the "Casa de Klub" podcast, where he suggested that Brady's high-strung environment "stressed out" players. He claimed he was brought in to make football "fun" again.
