AceShowbiz - A male escort who allegedly had an intimate encounter with Sean "P. Diddy" Combs is cooperating with the feds. The sex worker reportedly has handed out a video of one of the rapper's "freak offs" to federal prosecutors.
Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ that the male sex worker, whose identity is currently unknown, met with the feds on Wednesday, September 25 in New York City to give the sex tape. He reportedly signed a proffer agreement, which allows him to speak to federal investigators without fear of prosecution.
The male escort spoke to the feds regarding his encounter with Diddy, explaining how the music mogul got in touch with an escort to engage in a "freak off" involving himself, Diddy and a woman. According to the sources, the threesome went down in May 2023, when the sex worker claimed he flew from Atlanta to Miami to meet up with Diddy and the woman.
The sex worker said he ended up having intercourse with the woman while Diddy filmed it. The sex worker had a copy of the video from the alleged encounter and turned it over to the federal agents.
The male sex worker reportedly also dished on what types of drugs Diddy allegedly liked to use during the sex sessions. Interestingly, the male escort's account of his threesome with Diddy lines up with what Diddy's attorney Marc Agnifilo said about the "freak offs."
On TMZ Studios documentary "The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment", the lawyer insisted that the "freak offs" were not wild orgies, but threesomes with consenting adults. On the documentary that is streaming on Tubi, the lawyer also claims that his client is targeted because of the color of his skin. He says the case is "a takedown of a successful black man."
As reported before, Diddy was arrested at the Park Hyatt hotel in New York on September 16. He was subsequently charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He currently remains behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, where he's placed on suicide watch, after he's denied bail twice.
