Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Elle King and tattoo artist Dan Tooker have decided to give their relationship another shot after a brief separation to make their son happy.

AceShowbiz - Elle King, 35, and Dan Tooker, 33, first met in 2019 when King visited Tooker's tattoo shop for some new ink. They got engaged in October 2020 and welcomed their son Lucky in September 2021. However, the couple separated in April 2023, with King wearing a "single" jacket on stage at the Stagecoach music festival.
According to King, the reconciliation was motivated by their desire to prioritize their family unit for the sake of their son. "He's definitely brought me and his dad back together just because, what are we doing?" King stated. "We have everything that both of us have ever wanted right here. Let's put our weapons down. Come on. This is it. This is life."
King and Tooker are determined to make their relationship work and have recommitted to each other. They have purchased a new home in the mountains of Nashville, where they are "starting fresh." King expressed her contentment and happiness, saying, "I'm very happy, I'm very content, which is nice, and I don't know if I've ever really felt that, so it's a blessing."
Elle King, who is currently finishing her new album, is excited about this new chapter in her life. "My family, this is what deserves all the energy and effort," she declared.
