Despite losing out on an Emmy Award for the fifth time, Sofia Vergara took the blow in stride and celebrated with a burger and her loved one including her son who celebrated his 33rd birthday.

AceShowbiz - [s=Sofia Vergara] was nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie for her role in "Griselda," but the award went to Jodie Foster for "True Detective: Night Country." This marked the actress's fifth consecutive Emmy loss, including her previous four nominations for "Modern Family."
In response, Vergara posted a humorous video on Instagram, joking about being robbed of a win. "Me lo robaron … por quinta vez," she said in Spanish, which means, "They stole it from me … for the fifth time."
Despite her loss, she received a shout-out from actor John Leguizamo during a rousing speech to celebrate this year's diverse nominees at the ceremony.
Undeterred by her loss, Vergara shared a candid video of herself enjoying a burger at Netflix's Emmy afterparty. "I didn't get an Emmy but I got a hamburger," she quipped. She's also seen dancing to Cher's "Believe" with her son Manolo Gonzalez Vergara and wished him a happy 33rd birthday in the caption.
During the Emmys, Vergara who stunned in a red gown reunited with her former "Modern Family" co-star Jesse Tyler Ferguson.
