He matched his mother's old Hollywood glamour, sporting a sleek black suit with an arm cast hidden beneath his jacket. The event was studded with stars including Salma Hayek, who praised Jolie as "probably the best director I've ever worked with." Jolie's film, "Without Blood", is an adaptation of Alessandro Baricco's novel, unfolding a gripping tale of family, war, and revenge.
Hayek joined Jolie, Demián Bichir, and other cast members for a Q&A session moderated by TIFF CEO Cameron Bailey after the screening. Pax was seen in the audience next to Salma's husband François-Henri Pinault and gave his mom a standing ovation.
