On Wednesday, September 4, the 39-year-old pop icon was out and about in Los Angeles, California. In a series of pictures that made their rounds online, it could be seen that she was strolling around the city with the 47-year-old actor and their 3-year-old daughter Daisy Dove Bloom.
Katy and Orlando were photographed holding Daisy's hands as they crossed a street. While he was holding a pink reusable water bottle, the 13-time Grammy nominee was seen carrying a cup of warm drink. Their young child looked excited as she was spotted jumping a little when she walked.
At one point, Orlando gave Daisy a ride on his shoulders. He prevented his daughter from falling down by holding her lower legs tightly. As for Daisy, she softly grabbed her father's chin. In the meantime, Katy was pictured sipping her warm drink from the cup.
The family of three appeared to be in a good mood during the relaxing stroll on the sunny day. Orlando was smiling from ear-to-ear in one of the photos. Similarly, the "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)" hitmaker flashed her radiant big smile when greeting her fans.
The fun family day out came amid criticisms that Katy received due to her controversial remark. During a recent appearance on "Call Her Daddy" podcast, she said, "If I come downstairs and the kitchen is clean, and you've done it all, and you've done all the dishes, and you've closed all the pantry doors, you better be ready to get your d**k sucked."
"I mean like literarily. That is my love language," the "Firework" songstress continued, before adding, "I don't need a red Ferrari! I can buy a red Ferrari. Just do the f**king dishes. I will suck your d**k! It's that easy."
After the podcast episode was published, Katy was criticized by many due to the remarks. One critic wrote, "Is she on drugs or something? Gross.." Another sarcastically said, "Oh I am sure her parents are so proud of her." A third pointed out, "Not the flex she thinks it is." A fourth added, "No class at all."
