Gwen Stefani's ex-husband offers his thoughts as teenage son Zuma is exploring his musical talent in country music inspired by his stepfather, Blake Shelton.

AceShowbiz - Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale's sons have inherited their parents' musical talents. Kingston, Apollo, and Zuma have taken different paths musically. While Apollo excels in piano and Kingston pursues rock, Zuma has embraced country music, following in the footsteps of his stepfather, Blake Shelton.

Zuma recently turned 16 and celebrated with a performance at Shelton's Oklahoma bar. Shelton has been a significant influence on Zuma, nurturing his musical aspirations. Despite their differing parenting styles, Rossdale believes his sons have gained a broad perspective and feel loved and supported.

Although Zuma chose country instead of rock, Gavin Rossdale expressed support for his son's musical journey. In a heartfelt Instagram tribute, he shared photos of Zuma performing alongside him at Bush concerts, praising his son's talent and dedication.

He also told New York Post, "It's quite phenomenal. All three boys, really. Apollo, the youngest, plays amazing piano. And then Zuma is singing and playing acoustically on the country side. And Kingston is going down the rock side. So they're all super talented - and really good people. That's the main thing … That's all I care about what they do with their lives."

Prior to Zuma's performances, Rossdale acknowledged his kids' diverse musical inclinations, noting Zuma's affinity for country music. While he confessed to a preference for blues, he supports Zuma's musical exploration.

Zuma's passion for country music has been evident since his childhood. His close relationship with Shelton has fostered his development as a musician. The support and encouragement from both his parents and stepfather have played a crucial role in Zuma's pursuit of his musical dreams.
