AceShowbiz - Kevin Costner wasn't happy to learn that his ex-wife Christine Baumgartner had moved on so fast. The "Yellowstone" star was reportedly "hurt" by news about Christine planning to marry her new boyfriend, Josh Connor.

"He's hearing Christine is firming up plans to marry Josh, who used to be his friend," a source told RadarOnline.com of the 69-year-old actor. "And it hurts."

"Kevin thought he was over Christine, who apparently blindsided him with divorce papers," the source added. "But the combination of things including his rotten luck with [his new film Horizon: An American Saga] and getting the brush-off from Jewel has got him fixating on where everything went wrong."

Christine and Josh went public with their relationship two months after she and Kevin finalized their divorce. In January, it was reported that Christine had been dating Josh for months. A friend of the 50-year-old handbag designer told PEOPLE the pair have been seeing each other "since she split from Kevin."

Kevin and Christine made their separation legal on February 16. She filed for divorce in May 2023 after 18 years of marriage.

The exes had already agreed to retain joint custody of their three children, sons Cayden, 16, and Hayes, 15, plus their 13-year-old daughter Grace. They had also settled the other infamously bitter aspects of their split, including her demands for a fortune in child maintenance payments to maintain their luxury lifestyle, in September 2023.
