AceShowbiz - Jana Duggar, 34, married Stephen Wissmann, 31, in an elegant wedding ceremony on August 15 in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. The couple, who got engaged just two months earlier on June 15, exchanged traditional vows at The Grand at Willow Springs, a picturesque venue that set the perfect backdrop for their "classic, elegant" wedding in front of 500 guests.
Jessa Duggar Seewald, Jana's sister, served as the maid of honor, while sisters-in-law Abbie Duggar and sisters Joy-Anna Forsyth, Johannah Duggar, Jinger Duggar Vuolo, and Jordyn Duggar were bridesmaids. Jana walked down the aisle escorted by her father, Jim Bob Duggar, wearing an off-the-shoulder ivory satin ball gown that she described as feeling "classy and a bit like a princess."
"I think it is one of those things that all girls envision someday," Jana told PEOPLE two days before her wedding. "For me, it felt like, 'Okay, it's never coming.' But now it's starting to sink in. Reality is starting to set in. And I'm like, 'Wow, this truly is something that I've dreamed of.' And just to see it coming about is incredible and kind of hard to believe. It's a dream come true."
The decor was kept simple, emphasizing the natural beauty of the venue. The couple opted for black suits for the groomsmen, champagne-colored dresses for the bridesmaids, and white flowers with greenery for the decor. "The venue is already so gorgeous and picturesque that I didn't want to take too much from that," Jana said.
