The lawyer for the main suspect in the alleged terror plot to attack the 'All Too Well' hitmaker's Vienna concerts claims the authorities have overstated the case.

AceShowbiz - A lawyer for the 19-year-old Austrian main suspect in the alleged terror plot to attack Taylor Swift's now-canceled Vienna concerts has claimed that the authorities have exaggerated the case. The defense lawyer, Werner Tomanek, has asserted that his client had "neither the means nor the possibility and the explosives to carry this out."

Tomanek has also claimed that the alleged attack plans were "pure fantasies." He has stated that his client has admitted to "in principle to Islamist tendencies" but has dismissed these as "cool" and a desire to imitate a previous attacker in Vienna.

Despite the allegations, Austrian officials have maintained that the suspect intended to carry out an attack outside the concert venue, killing as many people as possible using knives or homemade explosives. Authorities have also said that ISIS and al-Qaeda materials were found at the home of a second, 17-year-old Austrian suspect.

In the aftermath of the foiled terror plot, fans gathered in Vienna to find solace and support each other. Hundreds of Taylor Swift fans passed through Corneliusgasse, a street known as a version of New York's Cornelia Street, to leave and pick up friendship bracelets.

The gathering of fans has been seen as a demonstration of the resilience and unity of the Taylor Swift community. "Being there with fans was an amazing feeling, and it truly encapsulates what being a Swiftie really means," said one fan.
