AceShowbiz - It didn't take long for Kelly Bensimon to move on. Just more than a month after calling off her wedding to Scott Litner, "The Real Housewives of New York City" alum revealed that she's now "having fun dating."

The 56-year-old real estate guru opened up about her love life when speaking to Page Six. "I'm not in a relationship," she said, "[but] I am... happy to move forward with new possibilities."

"I am enjoying myself. I am not hunting. I can't wait for my next chapter," the former Editor of Elle Accessories further explained. "I am not in a committed relationship."

Kelly broke off her engagement to Scott due to his refusal to sign a prenuptial agreement. "He thought that I would enter this union without legal protections in place, that I would leave everything to faith," she told Entertainment Tonight. "But I've worked really, really hard as a single mother and have always made smart decisions for myself and my family, and that will continue."

The Bravo star, who was previously married to fashion photographer Gilles Bensimon and has two daughters, Sea and Teddy, stated that her former fiance's reluctance to sign the agreement made it impossible for her to continue with the marriage. "It was a rough day for me, but I could never start a life together under those circumstances. I wish him well," she said.

Kelly's representatives confirmed to multiple outlets that the then-couple got engaged during a Fourth of July vacation in Wisconsin last year. They were set to marry at Scott's mother's house in Boston, but Kelly called off the wedding just four days prior.

Kelly has since moved back into her former apartment building at 240 Centre Street in Lower Manhattan. She has also shifted her focus back to her family and career.
