AceShowbiz - Latto (Mulatto) has added fuel to rumors about her beefing with Ice Spice with new music. On Friday, August 9, the "Big Energy" femcee released her latest album "Sugar Honey Iced Tea", and one of the tracks sees her seemingly dissing the "Princess Diana" raptress.

On a song called "S/O to Me", the 25-year-old raps, "Bye sis, funny thing about it, you can't look me in my eye, sis." The Atlanta artist presumably plays on Ice Spice's first name, Isis.

In the second verse, Latto spits, "Shoutout to myself/ Who the hardest out? B***h, it's Latto by herself." She adds, "Ice is just water when it melts/ Wipe you down, I got plenty towels on the shelf."

Many have since noticed the apparent shot. DJ Akademiks even took to Instagram and wrote, "Latto disses Ice Spice on new album. Y'all think ice spice should pick up a stick or y'all think them bars don't need a response?"

Just a few weeks prior, Ice Spice insisted that there was no issue between her and Latto, at least from her side. "I feel like if we ever spoke and I asked her 'What's the issue?' it'd be like a blank stare. It'd really be no issue whatsoever. Especially from me," she said in her Rolling Stone cover story.

Fans speculation ran rampant at the top of 2024 that Ice Spice's "Think U the S**t (Fart)" subliminally took shots at Latto. The latter returned fire with what some perceived to be Ice disses on "Sunday Service" in February, and she filmed the music video in Ice's Bronx hometown. Latto also showed off a "Think I'm the s***, b***h????" poop emoji cake after headlining Atlanta's Birthday Bash concert in June.

In the Rolling Stone interview, Ice Spice elaborated, "I can understand a friendly competition, but I just feel like at this point it's a joke that she's just dragged out, and it's just not even funny. Like, bro, 'Think U the S**t' is from January." She continued, "You're going to post a piece of s**t cake to announce something that's good news for you? But it is kind of a compliment because you're taking something that's supposed to be a fun moment for you and you're making it about me again."
