Breaking his silence on his recent arrest which was witnessed by Boosie Badazz, the 'Beef' rapper claims that the story of him forcing himself on a woman is 'cap.'

AceShowbiz - Lil Reese, born Tavares Lamont Taylor, has broken his silence on his recent arrest for alleged rape. Taking to his social media page, the rapper denied the allegations that he forced himself on a woman whom he was on a date with.

The Chicago native issued a statement via his Instagram Story on Monday, July 15. "On My sister Ree Ree the whole story cap and made up f*c," he angrily wrote. "I look Like this ain't that I know better and the same way y'all posting that shi make sure yall post the case get thrown out on my court date they do anything for clout and tryna come up try again."

Lil Reese seemingly posted the statement in response to TMZ's report about his arrest. Earlier on Monday, the site claimed that the arrest, which occurred in Los Angeles one day before, stemmed from rape allegations.

Citing law enforcement sources, the news outlet said that Lil Reese went on a date with a woman and following dinner, he and the woman went back to a downtown L.A. hotel where the "Us" rhymer allegedly insisted they have sex. When the woman rebuffed his advances, the 31-year-old allegedly forced himself on her and raped her.

The woman reportedly went straight down to the hotel lobby and called the police around 3:30 A.M. on Sunday. When police arrived on the scene, they arrested Lil Reese on suspicion of sexual assault and rape.

Boosie Badazz [formerly Lil Boosie] apparently witnessed the whole thing and took to Instagram to report the situation. "He came out handcuffed, they had all his bags," Boosie said in a video, urging Lil Reese's associates to check on him and potentially arrange for bail.

Lil Reese was later released on $100,000 bond. He was previously arrested on domestic violence charges in 2022. In January 2023, he was released from prison after serving seven months for allegedly assaulting a family member.
