She compared her current distress to losing her mother, saying, "My mother dying when I was at a low was like a 1, maybe this was like a 3." She admitted to having trouble sleeping and said she was "livin' la vida no-ca" instead of pretending to be carefree.

While Frankel did not explicitly mention Bernon or Aurora, she promised to discuss the situation further on her podcast. She also confirmed that her 14-year-old daughter, Bryn, was spending time with friends and enjoying Americana activities.

Frankel's struggles come after Bernon and Aurora, 35, were spotted together during Aurora's sister Olivia Culpo's wedding weekend to Christian McCaffrey. Aurora and Olivia had a falling out over Bernon's uninvited attendance at the wedding.

Despite her challenging week, Frankel posted a celebratory July Fourth Instagram post featuring her daughter.
