Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin's annual Fourth of July white party is underway at his Hamptons mansion, drawing a crowd of A-list celebrities and influencers including Tom Brady, Jake Paul and many others.

AceShowbiz - Michael Rubin's All-White 4th of July party is well underway at his Hamptons mansion, becoming a yearly tradition that attracts some of the biggest names in entertainment and sports. Notable guests include Kim Kardashian, who arrived in a silky halter top and matching skirt, Tom Brady, Emily Ratajkowski, Machine Gun Kelly, Megan Fox and Jake Paul.

Ratajkowski and her friend Winnie Harlow were among the early arrivals, followed by Don Lemon and his boyfriend Tim Malone in a vintage convertible. Other stars seen on the posh property include J Balvin and Jessica Lowndes.

Rubin's fiancee Camille flaunted her outfit and toned abs on social media, setting the tone for the gathering. Women in all-white outfits enjoyed the view from Rubin's $50 million oceanfront home, soaking in the sun in front of his floor-to-ceiling windows.

As the party kicked off, Machine Gun Kelly was spotted chatting with Harlow, while Joshua Kushner, Karlie Kloss and Robert Kraft were among those gathering at the back of the house.

Despite the all-white dress code, French Montana deviated slightly with a white-pink suit. The billionaire party king kept watch from his roof deck, adhering to the theme in jeans and a white T-shirt.

Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue model Brooks Nader joined the festivities around 7:30 P.M., while celebrities like Beyonce Knowles, Jennifer Lopez and Jay-Z attended the event last year.

Guests were served drinks and hors d'oeuvre as fireworks processions fired off across the East Coast, including at the Sag Harbor Yacht Club.

Rubin's fortune stems from selling his apparel and logistics company, Global Sports Incorporated, to eBay in 2011. He repurchased Fanatics Inc., Rue La La, and ShopRunner, which was later sold to Fedex. Through deals with Nike, the NFL and MLB, Fanatics has become a major player in the sports fan gear market.
