Young fans of the 'New Heights' podcast, featuring the Kelce brothers, will have to miss out on their weekly dose of sibling banter, as the popular show is taking a temporary hiatus.

AceShowbiz - Loyal listeners of the "New Heights" podcast received some bittersweet news during its season 2 finale. Hosts and NFL brothers Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce announced that the show would undergo a brief two-month hiatus. This pause aligns with Travis's need to focus on the Kansas City Chiefs' rigorous training camp, a requisite for the back-to-back Super Bowl champions.
"We got a nice couple months off from podcasting because, I guess, in three weeks time Travis will be in the middle of training camp," Jason explained during the finale episode. "And let me tell you, not enough time to do a podcast, especially the best podcast in the world. He's gonna be busy focusing on football, getting in shape for this upcoming season. So we're gonna be off for about two months."
The Chiefs' training camp kicks off on July 21 at Missouri Western State University and runs through August 15. Preseason games are lined up against the Jacksonville Jaguars on August 10, the Detroit Lions on August 17, and the Chicago Bears on August 22. Travis plans to return to the podcast after the camp, targeting a comeback near the end of August.
In the interim, fans are encouraged to stay connected via the podcast's social media channels for updates and possibly some never-before-seen footage. "That's terrifying if you ask me," Travis quipped, adding, "But should be entertainment, nonetheless."
During the season finale, the brothers also had some memorable moments to share. Travis recounted meeting Julia Roberts at Taylor Swift's "Eras Tour" show in Dublin, Ireland, a moment that has gone viral. "I wish I would have got one with Julia!" he laughed. "Yeah, I met Julia Roberts in Ireland, in Dublin, that was pretty cool. She's awesome. Her and Stevie Nicks were in there having some fun."
As Travis gears up for another NFL season, Jason has his own exciting plans. After retiring from the Philadelphia Eagles earlier this year, Jason will be joining ESPN's "Monday Night Countdown".
Despite the hiatus, fans have plenty to look forward to. Once the podcast resumes, there's a possibility of more engaging content, and who knows, maybe even an appearance from Taylor Swift that fans have been speculating about. Until then, young fans will just have to endure the anticipation.
