The Grammy-winning rapper, facing a downturn in his career, has sold his 4,524-acre ranch in Cody, Wyoming, and reduced the asking price on his Malibu mansion from $53 million to $39 million.

AceShowbiz - Kanye West's 4,524-acre ranch in Cody, Wyoming, has been sold. The property, known as Monster Lake Ranch, comprises six homes and seven outbuildings, as well as horse barns, corrals and a world-class fishery. The listing noted its potential for events and activities such as guided fishing, hunting, horseback riding and photography.

West purchased the ranch in late 2019 with ambitious plans for domes that he believed could help alleviate homelessness. However, the property fell into disrepair after he made anti-Semitic remarks in 2022, leading to the loss of lucrative business deals.

Meanwhile, West has also slashed the asking price on his dilapidated Malibu mansion. The 4,000 square foot property, which he purchased for $57 million in 2021, is missing windows, walls, and a roof, and does not have electricity. The price reduction follows a lawsuit filed by the former manager of the remodel project, who claims he was fired after raising concerns over the project's safety.

West has attempted to sell the Malibu mansion with the help of Jason Oppenheim, a realtor from the reality show "Selling Sunset". Oppenheim compared the property to a "blank canvas" for potential buyers.

The sale of West's Wyoming ranch and the price reduction on his Malibu mansion come amid a difficult period for the rapper. His career has suffered as a result of his controversial remarks, and he has faced financial losses. This latest move suggests that West is looking to offload properties as he navigates the challenges facing his businesses and personal life.
