The 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star was awarded primary custody of the exes' 5-year-old daughter, Brooklyn, but she and her former husband agreed to share joint legal custody.

AceShowbiz - Kenya Moore and her estranged husband Marc Daly are close to becoming legally single again. Five years after their split, "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star and her ex reportedly have settled their divorce.

According to court documents obtained by In Touch Weekly on Friday, June 21, a judge signed off on the exes' agreement earlier this week. The 53-year-old TV personality was awarded primary custody of the exes' 5-year-old daughter, Brooklyn.

Though so, Kenya and Marc agreed to share joint legal custody, with custody exchanges occuring in a public location. The business owner also agreed to pay the reality star $2,000 per month in child support plus an additional $1,000 per month to fund a college savings account. Both of them won't receive alimony or spousal support.

While it's been years since her split from Marc, Kenya revealed in May 2023 that she wants to focus on herself instead of trying to find a new partner. "Do I want to fall in love and have a serious relationship? I'm a little afraid of that," she admitted to PEOPLE.

Kenya was determined to not rush into another relationship. She shared, "I want to be able to date and I don't want to move too fast with anybody. So that's why I think it's nice to have someone you really like, but it's also nice to have options so you can just not feel there's a pressure for it to become something."

Still, Kenya said she remains hopeful of finding love again. She said, "I think it will present itself when it's time, but I just don't want to ever feel like so many people feel when they're single and they're of a certain age ... that pressure that society puts on you or other people put on you. I just feel like now I feel more in control [of my life] ... But it's like, 'Ah, if it's out there, it's out there. If it's not, it will come.' "
