While Billy Ray Cyrus and his estranged wife Firerose are throwing heavy accusations at each other in their divorce, she warns him to stay out of her bank and social media accounts.

"Any use of information described above or access of any accounts, devices, or areas described above without the express written consent of Wife will be considered a violation of Wife's privacy rights," the filing stated.
Moreover, Billy Ray has leveled serious accusations against Firerose, alleging she made 37 unauthorized charges on his American Express card and used it to pay her divorce lawyers. Firerose has denied these claims, asserting that Billy Ray was aware of her using the card since June 2022.
The dispute has taken more dramatic turns, with Billy Ray accusing Firerose of orchestrating a campaign to isolate him from his family. Legal documents claim Firerose blocked one of his daughters from contacting him. This comes amidst a backdrop of familial tension, including estrangement rumors between Billy Ray and his famous daughter, Miley Cyrus.
In response, Firerose has accused Billy Ray of domestic abuse and intentional infliction of emotional distress. She also claimed he interfered with her career by influencing her team of representatives to drop her following their divorce filing.
