AceShowbiz - Brad Pitt may be looking for a second chance at fatherhood amid his estrangement from his six children. The Hollywood star has reportedly been talking about "having a baby a lot" with his current girlfriend Ines de Ramon.
Seemingly ready to start a new chapter, the Oscar winner, who has been embroiled in a long and nasty legal battle with his ex-wife Angelina Jolie, is said to be planning to propose to Ines this summer. "Rumors are swirling Brad is planning to pop the question this summer; it could happen anytime," a so-called insider tells Life & Style. "Truthfully, Brad has been ready to propose for a while. He's so happy with Ines."
"Brad will likely propose at the beach, something intimate and simple," the source further dishes on the proposal plans, noting the couple was spotted strolling on the sand in Santa Barbara, Calif., this May. "That's their style," the source adds.
"Ines fits so seamlessly into Brad's life while having a full life of her own," the insider says of the pair's relationship, "It's really been easy since the beginning, which has been just what Brad needed."
"Brad met her at the perfect moment, having had time to grow after his divorce," the tipster claims. "Once Ines moved in with him last year, he knew he could have a future with her." A second source spills, "Brad and Ines have been discussing having a baby a lot lately. He's super excited about it."
Ines, for her part, is reportedly committed to helping Brad fix his relationship with his children. "They no longer want to spend time with Brad," the source acknowledges, "Ines sees the pain it's causing and is heartbroken for him. She has been his rock."
While Brad and Ines hope that his children would spend time with their father, the lovebirds are eager to start their next chapter together. "Brad's been to hell and back in his divorce and now feels like he's gotten a second chance at life and love," the source says.
Brad and Ines have been dating since 2022, following her divorce from "The Vampire Diaries" actor Paul Wesley.
