AceShowbiz - Evelyn Lozada is going to be a grandma soon. Revealing tat her daughter Shaniece Hairston is expecting a child, the "Basketball Wives" star said she's "so excited" to be an "abuelita."
Making use of Instagram on Sunday, June 16, the 48-year-old shared a boomerang from her daughter's maternity shoot. "Happy birthday to my AMAZING daughter @shanieceh You have always been my greatest blessing, and now you are bringing even more joy into our lives with your little one on the way," she began her caption.
"Becoming a mom at 17 was a journey we took together, and seeing you embrace motherhood fills my heart with pride and love. I am so excited to become 'ABUELITA' and to share this beautiful journey with you. Love you more than words can express!!!!" she added. "Me & your dad are ready for this new title!!! Let's goooooo!"
Shaniece herself confirmed her pregnancy an hour prior. Posing a naked photo of herself at the beach while flaunting her baby bump, she penned "Another trip around the sun and in my purest birthday suit yet. Oh and Happy Fathers Day daddy."
Shaniece has yet to reveal the identity of the baby's. However, she was recently linked to rapper The Game after they were spotted on a date during a Christmas Eve dinner at Nobu in Malibu.
The pair had yet to address their relationship status. However, some people took issue with their 14-year age gap. "14 Years Her Senior, What Do You Want With A 30 Year Old In Your 40's??????" one person argued. Another commented, "If you are old enough to be their parent - THEY ARE TOO YOUNG FOR YOU."
