AceShowbiz - Wiz Khalifa is going to be a dad once again. To celebrate Father's Day on Sunday, June 16, the "See You Again" rapper announced that he and his girlfriend, Aimee Aguilar, are expecting a child.
Taking to Instagram, the 36-year-old emcee uploaded a photo with Aimee, who is holding a Clearblue test. "Baby Girl On The Way #Clearblueconfirmed #ClearbluePartner," he captioned the post.
Many have since reacted to the baby news. One in particular was Wiz's ex-wife, Amber Rose, who exclaimed, "We can't wait to meet her," adding three heart-eyed emojis.
One Instagram user commented, "He's actually a pretty awesome dad to his son! Happy for him." A different person, meawnhile, added, "I like this for him, he's not one of those rappers that be having kids every other month."
Wiz and Amber share 11-year-old son Sebastian Taylor. The former couple began dating in 2011 and tied the knot in 2013. However, their marriage only lasted a year with the femcee filing for divorce in 2014, citing irreconcilable differences.
Despite their split, Wiz and Amber have maintained a good co-parenting relationship. "We're literally best friends," she said on the "No Jumper" podcast in November 2023. "We're just a family, and that's how we look at it. Once you just make it about the kids, and not just who he's, y'know, or who she's, y'know, or what they're doing, life is easy."
"I think it's only hard when you still have feelings. Once you let the feelings go, you understand that you have to make it all about the child, or you're just going to argue all day about dumb s**t," the model added. "I cried for three years straight. For sure. That was the love of my life."
