AceShowbiz - Charleston White is no stranger to making controversial remarks, but his recent social media posts have left a bad taste in people's mouth. The YouTuber has been chastised online after he posted pictures with King Von's alleged killer Timothy Leeks a.k.a. Lul Timm.
On Tuesday, June 11, Charleston took to his Instagram page to share the photos showing him posing with Lul Timm, who is believed to have pulled the trigger and killed Von. "I shook the hand that pulled the trigger to k*ll King Von! I love this little N***a," he captioned one of his posts.
In a follow-up post, the social media personality penned a message addressed to Von' mother. "I actually met this GREAT YOUNG KING and shook the legendary hand that pulled the trigger to slump and hump King Von!" he reiterated.
The comedian further praised Lul Timm for allegedly murdering Von as he added, "My life has been blessed with abundance every since that day I connected with the Spirit of Gods Angel aka 'The Demon Slayer' I love and honor this YOUNG N***A RIGHT HERE! He's a HERO to the N***A NATION! WE SMOKING ON THAT VON PACK TONIGHT, THANK GOD FOR @lul_timm3."
Needless to say, Charleston has since faced backlash for his distasteful posts. Supa Cent jumped to The Neighborhood Talk's comments section to express her disgust, "Can't believe they made somebody this hateful famous. Smh."
Another commented, "Some people just want a viral moment. This is disgusting." A third penned, "The disrespect is ridiculous.. even His REAL OPPS who had a part in his death ain't doing no disrespectful ishhhhh like this towards his mother.. THATS WILD.."
"People no longer have a moral compass. This is disgusting," a fourth person echoed the sentiment. Slamming Charleston, someone else added, "This was so mean spirited and unnecessarily hateful."
Von died on November 6, 2020 following an altercation that escalated into gunfire in Atlanta, Georgia. He was 26 years old. Lul Timm, a rapper affiliated with Von's nemesis Quando Rondo, was identified as the shooter, but charges were dropped against him in August 2023 under Georgia's "stand-your-ground" law.
