"My Baby Girl @stella_mcdermott08 is 16 today!" Spelling wrote. "Is she my mini me or am I now her mini me? So beautiful inside and out...So proud of this human."
Along with Stella, Spelling has four other children with ex Dean McDermott: Liam, 17; Hattie, 12; Finn, 11; and Beau, 7.
Spelling's tribute reflects her pride in Stella's accomplishments, describing her as "wise, funny, creative, and kind." She acknowledges her daughter's challenges, including recent health issues, but expresses confidence in her resilience.
