Demi Moore and Joe Jonas, both single, are spotted having lunch together at Cannes International Film Festival in the South of France following his surprise performance at an event hosted by the actress.

AceShowbiz - Demi Moore, 61, and Joe Jonas, 34, first met while in the South of France last month. Demi, who turned heads at Cannes with her stunning red carpet appearances, has quickly bonded with Joe, a source tells Page Six.
The pair were spotted enjoying lunch together at the exclusive Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes, France. "Demi and Joe have struck up a friendship. They have mutual friends and they bonded," one well-placed source said.
However, the insider dispelled any early rumors of romance despite their fast connection. Both celebrities were at Cannes for professional engagements - Demi for her new horror film, "The Substance" and Joe for his unexpected on-stage performance at the amfAR gala with brother Nick Jonas.
During the event, which Demi hosted, Joe Jonas surprised the audience by joining Nick for a rousing rendition of DNCE's hit "Cake by the Ocean," which had Demi dancing alongside Oscar-winner Michelle Yeoh.
Demi and Joe were joined by his brother Kevin Jonas. Supermodel Heidi Klum was spotted as well, emphasizing that the newfound friendship extends into their larger social circles.
The friendship comes amidst significant personal changes for both stars. Joe Jonas recently ended his marriage with actress Sophie Turner. Meanwhile, Moore has been largely single since her divorce from Ashton Kutcher in 2011.
Jonas also had a recent break-up with model Stormi Bree after five months of dating while Moore remains close with her second husband, Bruce Willis, who is currently suffering from frontotemporal dementia.
Both Jonas and Moore are handling their respective family responsibilities. Jonas and Turner, who share two daughters, reached a temporary custody agreement in October after a turbulent separation. Meanwhile, Moore cherishes her role as a grandmother to her daughter Rumer Willis' baby girl, Louetta.
