Vergara, who amicably split from Manganiello last year after seven years of marriage, showed off her wrist tattoo that features a "J" initial. Originally a tribute to Manganiello, Vergara now humorously associates it with her new boyfriend, orthopedic surgeon Dr. Justin Saliman.
"This was Joe Manganiello's initial, but now he's gone. How lucky can I be that the guy that I'm going out [with] has the same initial," she joked, drawing laughter and applause.
Manolo, also on the show, pointed out that her first husband's name, Joe Gonzalez, begins with a "J" as well. This playful banter between mother and son highlighted Vergara's light-hearted approach to her changing personal life.

They were first linked in October 2023, and although Vergara has been coy about the seriousness of their relationship, she did share, "I think now that I'm older, it's great because you know exactly what you like. I just do what makes me feel confident and beautiful."
