AceShowbiz - Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck's recent reunion has been cut short with the singer/actress' departure from her husband's home. The "If You Had My Love" songstress left the actor's rented home solo shortly after they arrived together in his Cadillac Escalade.
On Thursday, May 30, the reportedly estranged couple put on a united front at the graduation party of Affleck's daughter Violet. They attended the bash which was held at his ex-wife Jennifer Garner's house to celebrate Violet's graduation from high school.
After an hour, Lopez and Affleck left Garner's house together in his black BMW. They headed to his rented home in Brentwood. But shortly after arriving at the house, the Bronx native was seen immediately leaving the house with just her assistant and driving away, leaving Affleck behind.
The pair, who got married in Las Vegas in July 2022, looked awkward when they arrived at Garner's home earlier that day. The usually glamorous singer/actress kept her head down and wore oversize sunglasses as she walked beside Affleck.
The former Batman depicter carried a large wicker basket presumably filled with gifts for Violet, while Lopez was spotted with her hands in the pockets of her floral tea dress, avoiding exposing her left hand.
Previously, Lopez and Affleck had not been seen together for seven weeks before their reunion at Affleck's child Fin's school recital. Further fueling the split rumors, they have been living separately for weeks, with Affleck reportedly moving out of their $60.85 million mansion to a $100,000-a-month property in Brentwood, Los Angeles. Meanwhile, Lopez has been seen house hunting alone in Beverly Hills.
Amid the rumored marital woes, J.Lo admitted that she "pared down" her work commitments and sought to "slow down more and be home more." She told AP News, "That's what I used to do a lot of. This, this, this, this. That's the truth. As much as it seems like I'm going at a fever pace all the time, I'm actually at half the pace that I was a few years ago."
