After seven seasons on 'Station 19', the actor playing Ben Warren on both series is set to return to the show's parent show 'Grey's Anatomy' following 'Station 19' finale.

AceShowbiz - Sources indicate that talks are ongoing for Jason George to return to "Grey's Anatomy" full-time, though the exact capacity is still unclear. George's character, Ben Warren, has been heavily involved in medical situations throughout 'Station 19', hinting at a potential return to his medical career.

In the "Station 19" finale, Ben expresses his desire to retire as a firefighter due to injuries and his love of medicine. The finale also shows Miranda and Ben's adopted daughter graduating from the Fire Academy, suggesting a future for the character beyond the spin-off.

George joined "Grey's Anatomy" in season 6 and became a series regular in seasons 12-14 before moving to "Station 19". His return is anticipated given that two cast members are leaving "Grey's Anatomy" in the upcoming season.

Reps for ABC and ABC Signature declined to comment on George's return, but speculations have been circulating since January. "Grey's Anatomy" showrunner Meg Martinis had previously stated that the way characters end their "Station 19" storylines would determine their future on "Grey's".
