The NBA star and the Canadian actress, who already share Riley, 11, Ryan, eight, and five-year-old Canon, announce their son's arrival with a black-and-white picture of the cookbook author's hand holding their baby's.

AceShowbiz - Stephen Curry and Ayesha Curry have welcomed a new addition to their family. Having welcomed their fourth child together, the NBA star and the actress took to social media to offer fans the first glimpse at their newborn son.

The couple broke the exciting news via Instagram on Sunday, May 26. Posting a black-and-white picture of the cookbook author's hand holding their infant's, they penned, "Our sweet baby boy decided to make an early arrival!! He's doing great and we are finally settling in at home as a family of 6! So grateful Caius Chai 5/11/24."

Stephen and Ayesha confirmed they were expecting their fourth child back in March in the first digital issue of Ayesha's Sweet July magazine cover. In an essay for Sweet July, the Canadian native expressed that after initially deciding to stop having children after welcoming their son Canon in 2018, she and her man later realized that they wanted to expand their family.

"For so many years, Stephen and I thought we were done," the then-expectant mom, who already has Riley, 11, Ryan, eight, and five-year-old Canon, with the athlete, shared. "But last year, we looked at each other and agreed we wanted to do this again."

Ayesha also noted that she has been experiencing some unusual cravings during her fourth pregnancy, particularly for fruits and "unhealthy" foods. "I've been on a watermelon kick, which is so strange," she said. "I've also been craving these little Japanese peaches."

When speaking to Entertainment Tonight later that month, Ayesha said her latest pregnancy is "entirely different" from her other ones. "Interestingly enough, I love being a little bit older and having this experience. I feel like there's so much more gratitude that I'm experiencing and just every little thing is so special. I'm just in a space mentally where I'm more appreciative, and so it's just been [an] entirely different experience," she explained at the time.
