AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift has treated her devotees, famously known as Swifties, to a remix of her collaborative song with Post Malone. Around one month after launching the joint track, the "All Too Well" hitmaker released the BLOND:ISH remix of "Fortnight".
On Tuesday, May 21, the 34-year-old singer/songwriter unleashed the remix on various music streaming platforms. Shortly after dropping the song, she was showered with praise by many of her listeners, who shared what they liked about the newly-released track
One in particular gushed, "This feels like being sad but it's also sunny out lol." Similarly, another chimed in, "Oh this is gonna def be in so many clubs and i'm so here for it." A third stated, "Playing it on repeat while working out." A fourth, in the meantime, exclaimed, "So unexpected but such a bop."
The release of the "Fortnight" remix came amid Taylor's busy schedule during her "Eras Tour". On three nights straight from Friday, May 17 to Sunday, May 19, she took the stage in Stockholm, Sweden to entertain Swifties. On her third night performing in the European country, she suffered a wardrobe malfunction when she was on the stage. The unexpected moment was documented in a fan video that was later shared via TikTok.
In the 30-second clip, it could be seen that the "Shake It Off" songstress was standing behind a microphone while carrying her guitar with one of her hands. Speaking to concertgoers, she said, "Please talk amongst yourselves," before approaching her piano and placing her guitar on the stage. She then unwrapped her blue dress and sat behind the piano.
Taylor apparently was trying to fix her dress before one of her crew members stepped on the stage to help her. Once she secured the gown, she bursted into laughter and happily did a little dance, prompting the packed audience to cheer on her for handling the fashion faux pas like a pro. Nothing was accidentally exposed as she donned a glittery gold bra top and a pair of sparkling black shorts underneath the dress.
