The former 'Southern Charm' star finds herself in legal trouble once again following a DUI charge stemming from a late-night crash in Goose Creek, South California.

AceShowbiz - Former "Southern Charm" star Kathryn Dennis, 32, was arrested following a three-car collision in Goose Creek, South Carolina on Monday night, May 20. The incident occurred around 10 P.M. at the intersection of US Highway 52 and Stephanie Drive. In addition to the DUI charge, Dennis was found in possession of opened alcohol containers in her vehicle, as reported by the Goose Creek Police Department.
Upon stopping her vehicle, one officer noted that Dennis was "possibly impaired," while another officer observed her "glossy eyes and an odor of alcohol." Dennis refused a breathalyzer test at the scene, leading to her arrest and subsequent booking into the Hill-Finklea Detention Center.
