Tyler Campanella, stepson of the 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' alum, has been arrested for his alleged involvement in the January 6, 2021 Capitol riots.

AceShowbiz - On April 17, Siggy Flicker's stepson Tyler Campanella was taken into custody in New York City on five misdemeanor charges related to the Capitol attack. These charges include entering and remaining in a restricted building, disorderly and disruptive conduct, entering and remaining in the galley of Congress, disorderly conduct in a Capitol Building, and parading, demonstrating, and picketing in a Capitol Building.
FBI footage reviewed by NBC News shows Campanella inside various parts of the Capitol during the riots. He has been identified by authorities as one of the individuals who entered then-Speaker Nancy Pelosi's suite, including the room where her laptop was stolen.
According to an FBI affidavit, Flicker posted photos from within the Capitol on January 6 and included a caption that mentioned her stepson's presence at the event. The former cast member of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" wrote, "I love patriots so much. Stay safe Tyler. We love you," along with several American flag emojis and a "Stop the Steal" hashtag.
Phone records obtained by the government indicate that Campanella's phone, linked to Flicker's account, was inside the Capitol on January 6. The account is associated with Bayside Chrysler, where Campanella was employed as a sales manager.
Flicker, who has expressed her support for former President Donald Trump, has stated that she was not at the Capitol during the attack and was in Florida at the time. She has also denied that Campanella was present in the photos she posted.
Campanella is one of over 1,400 individuals charged in connection with the Capitol attack. More than 984 defendants have been convicted, and over 520 have been sentenced to prison terms ranging from several days to 22 years.
Reps for both Siggy Flicker and Tyler Campanella have not commented on the arrest.
