The 'Dune: Part Two' actor and the 'Maleficent' actress have been spotted transforming into Dylan and the singer's former muse Suze Rotolo while filming a scene for 'A Complete Unknown'.

AceShowbiz - Timothee Chalamet and Elle Fanning have been spotted filming scenes for the upcoming Bob Dylan biopic, "A Complete Unknown", in New Jersey. Chalamet, 28, embodies the legendary singer-songwriter, Dylan, while Fanning, 26, transforms into his fictional girlfriend, Sylvie Russo, loosely based on Dylan's former muse, Suze Rotolo.

The film follows Dylan's early years in New York City as a 19-year-old seeking a music career. Chalamet channels Dylan with a flannel shirt, dark brown jacket and blue jeans, carrying a guitar case and coffee. Fanning's 1960s-inspired outfit features a cropped red coat, striped turtleneck and black cigarette pants.

Based on Elijah Wald's book, "Dylan Goes Electric! Newport, Seeger, Dylan, and the Night That Split the Sixties", the movie will delve into Dylan's controversial transition to electric guitar in the 1960s. Other notable cast members include Edward Norton as Pete Seeger, Monica Barbaro as Joan Baez, and Nick Offerman as Alan Lomax.

Director James Mangold has stated that the film focuses on a specific moment in Dylan's life rather than his entire career. He emphasized Dylan's support for the project and his personal connection to Mangold's previous work.

"A Complete Unknown" marks a significant departure for Chalamet, who was recently praised for his vocal talents by his vocal coach, Eric Vetro. The film promises to showcase Dylan's iconic hits performed by Chalamet himself.

Fanning's birthday on the day of filming was celebrated with a special video and messages from her sister, Dakota Fanning. The film crew also joined in the celebration.

As "A Complete Unknown" continues production in New Jersey, fans eagerly await the film's release date, which has not yet been revealed.
