AceShowbiz - Estranged couple Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor put aside their differences to celebrate their son Cruz's third birthday this weekend. Despite announcing their separation in February, the two reality TV stars reunited to throw a dinosaur-themed birthday party for him.
Cruz, who turned three on April 12, loves dinosaurs, so the party was decorated with balloons, jungle decor and a prehistoric-designed cake. Fellow Bravo stars, including Scheana Shay, Lala Kent and Tom Schwartz, were in attendance.
While they are separated, Brittany and Jax have prioritized co-parenting. Brittany spoke about their healthy co-parenting relationship. The two Bravolebrities said, "We are going back and forth, and I'll also take him to the house and play."
Previously, Brittany expressed concern about Cruz's speech and enrolled him in therapy. Jax and Brittany attended a session where Cruz played with a therapist and discussed his developmental needs.
Amidst their marital struggles, Brittany and Jax have remained cordial for the sake of their son. They have celebrated holidays together and will celebrate Cruz's birthday together.
Brittany described Cruz as "very athletic" and "the perfect mixture" of her and Jax. She said, "He loves to climb, jump, run, and play on swing sets. He's got energy, but he has the sweetest soul."
"The Valley" star has been living in Airbnbs since the split but visits the home she shared with Jax to spend time with Cruz. Jax remains in their former residence.
