The actress and reality TV star reveals that she is having her SkinVive facial filler injections dissolved after she experienced unwanted volume added to her face.

AceShowbiz - Former "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Lisa Rinna, 60, has responded to recent comments about her changing appearance. The actress revealed that she is having her SkinVive facial filler injections dissolved after she experienced unwanted volume added to her face.

Rinna's decision came after an aesthetic physician assistant, Nicole Smith (@lipsandlattes), analyzed her "overfilled look" on TikTok, stating that the injections in her cheeks and midface altered her facial balance.

"Skinvive is not for everyone, and it was not good for me. Luckily we could dissolve it today. Whew," wrote Rinna in the comment section of Smith's video.

SkinVive, approved by the FDA in 2023, is a modified hyaluronic acid gel injected into the face to enhance hydration and smooth skin. However, Rinna found that the injections added undesirable volume.

In a previous video posted by aesthetic practitioner Francine Queen of Threads, Rinna expressed concerns about "transitional issues" on her face and stated that she did not want to increase her facial volume. A before-and-after comparison showed a noticeable enhancement after the SkinVive injections.

Despite her candid admission, Rinna has maintained a healthy lifestyle throughout her life. In a recent interview, she emphasized the importance of moderation in her diet, exercise, and rest.

"I've been really fortunate to get to 60 and be healthy. I keep a very moderate lifestyle. I’ve worked out since I was 16 years old," she said. "I live in moderation, even though it seems like I live very loudly and largely."
