The '21 Jump Streets' actor and his former wife still haven't reached agreement on the financial settlement, roughly six years after she filed for divorce from him.

AceShowbiz - Jenna Dewan has accused her ex-husband, Channing Tatum, of delaying their divorce settlement for years due to his reluctance to give her a fair share of the "Magic Mike" profits.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Dewan claims she has been attempting to resolve the issue with Tatum for over three years. She alleges that Tatum refuses to accept an equal division of the "Magic Mike" intellectual property, causing the delay.
"While this case has been pending for some time, it is Jenna’s contention that the cause of the delay is... Channing's refusal to accept an equal division of the Magic Mike intellectual property," Dewan's attorney stated.
According to Dewan, "Magic Mike" was developed and co-financed by Tatum during their marriage using community funds. The film became a box office success in 2012 and has spawned two sequels, including "Magic Mike XXL" and "Magic Mike's Last Dance."
Dewan contends that Tatum has used various business entities, including LLCs and holding companies, to conceal the true value of the "Magic Mike" franchise. She is reportedly planning to depose Tatum, his business manager, and other associates involved in the film's production including director Steven Soderbergh.
Unlike the prolonged dispute over financial settlement, Jenna Dewan and Channing Tatum reached an agreement on joint custody of their daughter in 2019, several months after she filed for divorce.
