The former 'Ellen DeGeneres Show' host is set to make a standup comedy comeback, two years since she quit her eponymous talk show host following toxic workplace accusations.

AceShowbiz - After two years away from the spotlight, beloved comedian Ellen DeGeneres is returning to her stand-up roots with a limited tour dubbed "Ellen's Last Stand...Up Tour."

From June 23-30, DeGeneres will perform in Spokane, Portland, Eugene, and Santa Rosa. Tickets for all shows are available now through Vivid Seats, a secondary market ticketing platform.

As a trailblazing entertainer, DeGeneres has left an indelible mark on television, film, and comedy. Her daytime talk show, "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," ran for an impressive 19 seasons, garnering numerous awards, including 64 Daytime Emmy Awards.

DeGeneres' stand-up specials have also been met with critical acclaim. She has released three specials: "The Beginning," "Here and Now," and "Relatable." Her 2018 Netflix special, "Relatable," earned her a Grammy Award nomination.

Beyond her comedic talents, DeGeneres is a passionate philanthropist and animal rights advocate. In 2018, she established The Ellen Fund, which supports global conservation efforts for endangered species. She is also a vocal supporter of various charities and causes.

After the controversy, DeGeneres took a hiatus from stand-up. However, she is now ready to return to her comedic roots with her "Ellen's Last Stand...Up Tour." Tickets are available now at Vivid Seats before they go on sale to the general public on April 5.
