The 'Whenever, Wherever' singer's friends are reportedly shaken up by her alleged romance with the 31-year-old actor as they fear that he will break her heart.

AceShowbiz - Shakira and Lucien Laviscount's relationship has been confirmed, several weeks after they were spotted on dinner date. Sources say the two are indeed together, but note that they are not "heavily involved."
While their relationship doesn't seem to be serious just yet, the singer's pals are allegedly shaken up by her new romance. They are reportedly concerned over the actor's "player" reputation and fear that he will break her heart.
"Shakira is desperate to fall in love - but her friends are concerned because Lucien has slowly crept his way up the celebrity ladder while dating women who were all less famous than Shakira," a source tells Daily Mail, suspecting that the "Emily in Paris" star only uses the 47-year-old songstress for fame.
"The women he has been with are all very different. Nnow he is seeing Shakira - and she wants love," the source adds. "But her friends fear he just wants people to know his name and she provides that."
The source says Shakira's friends believe she's "not over her ex" Gerard Pique just yet and that everyone "knows" the younger actor "is a rebound." The informant concludes, "She is dating someone who they fear is a player and she is going to get burned."
Shakira and Lucien first sparked dating rumors after they were spotted dining out together on March 26. The two were seen walking side-by-side as they were heading to the swanky Italian restaurant Carbone in New York City. They did not show any PDA, but the Colombian star appeared to be in good spirits as she was all smiles during the night out.
Prior to the dating rumors, the 31-year-old actor starred in the music video for Shakira's new song "Punteria". The British hunk played her love interest in the clip that saw the two getting cozy with each other.
