The 'Pitch Perfect' actress admits she is stressed out by the upcoming release of her tell-all book which has already sparked controversy due to her feud with Sacha Baron Cohen.

AceShowbiz - Rebel Wilson has candidly revealed that she has put on 20 pounds due to "stress eating" while preparing for the release of her anticipated memoir, "Rebel Rising: A Memoir." The "Pitch Perfect" star, 44, who previously lost 80 pounds, shared her recent weight gain journey with People magazine.
Wilson admitted that she has been eating unhealthy on set, skipping personal training, and generally neglecting her fitness routine. "I haven't been doing personal training. I have been eating whatever," she confessed. "I have been eating some junk food on set, because sets are prevalent with that."
The actress also attributed her weight gain to the stress of releasing her memoir, which chronicles her personal life and challenges. "I definitely think why I've been stress eating the last few months is knowing that now all this stuff will come out into the world," she stated.
Despite the setbacks, Wilson remains determined to get back to her healthy lifestyle once the press tour for her book is over. "I think once this press tour is over for the book, I'll just go back to a bit more of a normal schedule and working out how I can be a mum and also take an hour or two in my day to be healthy," she said.
In addition to discussing her weight gain, Wilson also opened up about her past relationships and her decision to write a memoir. She hopes that sharing her own journey will inspire others who struggle with emotional eating to find healthier ways to cope with their emotions.
"I'm very proud of my journey and what I've overcome in my life," Wilson said about her memoir. "And then maybe me telling my story might encourage them to do the same and make healthy change in their lives."
"Rebel Rising: A Memoir" is set to be released on April 2.
