Michael Jackson Biopic Has Found Its Diana Ross in Kat Graham

The upcoming movie about the late King of Pop has announced the former 'Vampire Diaries' actress as one of the latest additions to the starry cast ensemble.

AceShowbiz - Universal's upcoming Michael Jackson biopic has added two key cast members: Katerina Graham and Larenz Tate.

Graham, known for her role as Bonnie Bennett on "The Vampire Diaries", will portray Diana Ross, the lead singer of The Supremes and a close associate of Jackson. Ross is credited with introducing the Jackson 5 to the world.

Tate, who has starred in films like "Crash" and "Girls Trip", will play Motown Records founder Berry Gordy. Gordy played a significant role in Jackson's rise to stardom.

These castings join a star-studded ensemble that includes Jaafar Jackson as Michael Jackson, Colman Domingo as Joe Jackson, Miles Teller, Nia Long, Laura Harrier, and Kendrick Sampson. The film is directed by Antoine Fuqua and is set for release on April 18, 2025.

Graham and Tate bring their considerable acting talents to the project, adding depth and credibility to the portrayal of crucial individuals in Jackson's life.
