Randy Bick has filed his own petition and asks for spousal support amid divorce proceedings after estranged wife claimed she hired a private investigator to locate him.

AceShowbiz - Comedian Kathy Griffin's estranged husband, Randy Bick, has finally responded to her divorce filing hours after she claimed she was unable to serve him with legal papers.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Bick has agreed with Griffin's assertion that the marriage is over due to "irreconcilable differences." He has listed the date of marriage as January 1, 2020, and the date of separation as December 22, 2023, the same dates Griffin provided in her filing.
Despite Griffin's inability to serve Bick with divorce papers, he has maintained an active presence on social media, posting as recently as Tuesday, March 19. Griffin has been attempting to serve him through a private investigator, but those efforts have been unsuccessful.
In her filing, Griffin requested that both parties have their right to spousal support terminated and that the terms of their 2019 prenuptial agreement be enforced. Bick, however, has demanded spousal support per the terms of the agreement and has indicated that the "true nature and extent of the parties' community property" is yet to be determined.
Griffin's decision to end the marriage came just days before their fourth wedding anniversary. She expressed her heartbreak on Twitter, writing, "Well...s***. This sucks."
The couple initially dated from 2011 to 2018 before reconnecting in 2019 and marrying in a surprise New Year's Day ceremony officiated by Lily Tomlin.
