AceShowbiz - Olivia Rodrigo is dropping a new music video soon. Ahead of the release of the deluxe edition of "Guts", the "High School Musical: The Musical: The Series" star teased the "Obsessed" music video, which sees her linking up with her boyfriend's ex-girlfriends.
Arriving on Wednesday, March 20, the clip displays the 21-year-old cleaning what appears to be a messy ballroom. She then walks in a room full of women wearing beauty pageant sashes, each representing one of "his exes."
They include "Miss Thought She Was the One," "Miss Also Thought She Was the One," "Miss 2 Summers Ago" and more. Olivia herself is sporting a "Miss Right Now" sash.
Olivia has been performing "Obsessed" during her "Guts" world tour. It will appear on the album's deluxe version along with other new songs, "Girl I've Always Been", "Scared of My Guitar", "Stranger" as well as "So American".
Olivia dropped "Guts" in September 2023 as the follow-up to her acclaimed 2021 debut, "Sour". "This album encapsulates growing up and figuring yourself out in the world, and the awkwardness of that," she told Rolling Stone in her October 2023 cover story. "I feel myself growing leaps and bounds."
Olivia is currently on her "Guts World Tour", which will wrap in August. Last month, she revealed a portion of the proceeds from her concerts will go to The Fund 4 Good, which vows to assist women "seeking reproductive health freedom.
"I wanted to come on here and tell you about something I'm really excited about, which is the Fund 4 Good, which is an initiative I'm launching as part of the 'Guts' world tour," she shared in a TikTok on the fan page @liviesHQ. "The Fund 4 Good works to support all women, girls and people seeking reproductive health freedom. The fund will directly support community based non-profits that champion things like girls' education, support reproductive rights, and prevent gender-based violence."
