The couple and their foundation were unveiled to have donated $50,000 to the Chiefs' fundraiser for victims and others impacted by the tragedy.

Meanwhile, The Chiefs, Hunt Family Foundation and NFL gave $200,000 as the starter of the campaign, which was launched on Friday, February 16. As for the football quarterback, he called on his followers to also participate in the fundraising if possible.

"Just like #ChiefsKingdom has always been there for me and my family, we want to be there for them," he penned. "The @Chiefs have launched #KCStrong, an emergency response fund supporting victims and their families, violence prevention and mental health services, and first responders."

Lisa's loved ones had set up a GoFundMe page to provide "vital financial support" to her family, including her husband and two children, as they "process this unthinkable tragedy."

A message on the platform, which aimed to raise $75,000, read, "his fund has been set up to benefit the family of Lisa Lopez-Galvan. Lisa was celebrating the Chiefs' Super Bowl Victory parade when senselessly killed. She is survived by two children and her husband of 22 years."
