The 'House Bunny' actress makes use of her social media page to share the pictures and spill a long list of what she went through in 2023, including 'healing' her trauma.

AceShowbiz - Rumer Willis has embraced her postpartum body following the arrival of her first child. The actress of "The House Bunny" shared several new photos of her ditching her top in a bathroom as she discussed "healing" her trauma.

On Friday, January 5, the 35-year-old actress made use of her Instagram page to upload the never-before-seen selfies, which featured herself showing off her upper body while seemingly wearing nothing but a piece of jewelry. In the pictures, she could be seen striking a number of poses in what appeared to be an outdoor bathroom.

One of the snaps saw Rumer, who only donned a silver necklace, flaunting her makeup-free face while looking straight at the camera. Meanwhile, another photo captured her showcasing her back as she dipped the lower part of her body in a white bathtub. At that time, her wet long red hair was let loose and parted to the side.

Along with the photos, the "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" actress, who gave birth to daughter Louetta on April 18, revealed what she went through in 2023. In a lengthy caption, she wrote, "Finding my way back to myself…. Last year was incredibly dynamic, I grew a human being, gave birth at home (with no drugs) surrounded by my family."

Rumer went on to spill, "Navigated a new relationship while being pregnant and postpartum, fell in love with the tiny love of my life Lou, softened, became less resistant to my own bullshit, threw pots on a wheel, did 6am ocean swims 4x a week in the winter, learned about what real intimacy looks like, working on being the most honest authentic version of myself, healing my trauma so I don't pass it on to my daughter."

"Celebrated 7 years of sobriety, showed myself i'm not a weenie hehe, took a plunge in the ice cold river, loved myself more than I ever have, felt more beautiful and comfortable in my skin than I ever have, laughed, cried, fought, primal screamed, took ownership, met new friends, wrote lullabies with my daughter's dad," she continued the long list.

"Shared moments of wonder at the tiny being who chose us, spent precious love filled moments with my Daddio, learned from my mama, celebrated my first Mother's Day and found strength in myself I didn't know existed and watched my daughter grow in front of my eyes," she added. Near the end of the caption, she concluded, "I don't know what this next year will bring but man I can't wait to see what's next."
