When being pulled over by a state trooper for driving dangerously, the 'Ant-Man and the Wasp' star says in dashcam footage that his wife, who is in the car, is 'getting on [his] nerves' and he's trying to get home as fast as possible.

AceShowbiz - T.I. was trying to blame Tiny Harris a.k.a. Tameka Cottle when he was recently pulled over by an officer. The rapper/actor landed in trouble with the law for speeding and almost hitting a patrol car when he was driving with his wife by his side.

In dashcam footage of the incident that reportedly occurred sometime earlier this month, the Atlanta native was stopped by the state trooper who questioned him why he was driving recklessly. The 43-year-old said he was arguing with Tiny, who was in the car.

"She was getting on my nerves. She was getting under my skin," Tip said in reference to Tiny. When the officer noticed that he appeared to sport bloodshot eyes, the father of six said he did not drink that night and he couldn't recall when the last time he consumed alcoholic drink. "I'm telling you I haven't had anything to drink," he adamantly said.

The officer went on telling T.I. that his driving was not normal, warning that he could hurt himself or somebody else. The "What You Know" emcee then insisted that he was telling the truth when he said that he and his old lady were arguing.

"I don't want to make your job more difficult than it has to be. I don't want to be a burden on you ... If you go ask her she'll tell you. And I was trying to get home fast as I could to get out the car," he told the officer, before saying once again, "She was getting on my nerves."

During the traffic stop, the officer also noticed that T.I.'s car did not have a tag. He explained that he just bought the brand new 2024 Range Rover that day and needed 48 hours to get the tag. He then made a call to a friend to confirm it.

T.I. was eventually let go after the officer issued a ticket.
