Ayda Field explains why she's 'incredibly nervous' following the release of her husband's documentary series which offered a close look at their personal life.

AceShowbiz - Ayda Field has likened people watching Robbie Williams' docuseries to rummaging through her "knicker drawer." The 44-year-old actress - who shares Teddy, 11, Charlie, nine, Coco, five, and three-year-old Beau with the "Angels" singer - admitted she feels "vulnerable" following the release of her husband's eponymous Netflix series because fans get to see an intimate look at their family life.

"I'm feeling incredibly nervous and vulnerable about everyone seeing our lives, Robbie's life, our kids' lives. It feels like everyone's going to be looking through our knicker drawer," she told Britain's HELLO! magazine.

But Ayda is looking forward to the public reaction to the series and plans to watch it with her children one day. She said, "I hope everyone is into it, moved by it, and enjoys it. I look forward to sharing it one day with my children, who'll have lots of questions."

The former "Days of Our Lives" actress felt very emotional watching her husband on screen. She said, "I definitely cried several times and had many proud moments."

Meanwhile, Ayda admitted getting older has been "tough" and though she's gradually getting easier on herself, she thinks it's just because she is too tired to care, rather than being kind.

She said, "Getting older is tough as a woman. I compare myself to my younger self and get disappointed in what I see in the mirror sometimes. I definitely have more grace for myself than I did a few years ago but that might have less to do with evolution and more to do with the fact I'm just too tired to care."

When it comes to wellness, Ayda feels at her best when she carves out time for her loved ones. She said, "My wellness rituals are just making sure I get quality time with my children and my animals and connecting with my friends. It makes my heart happy and when my heart is happy, all the other stuff falls into place."
