The fitness trainer shares a sweet picture of him and the singer with a heart emoji after she accused her ex-boyfriend of 'rape, and of repeated physical abuse over about a decade' in the lawsuit.

AceShowbiz - Cassie's husband Alex Fine has declared his support for the singer as she is taking Sean "P. Diddy" Combs to court. Making it clear that he's got her back, the fitness trainer has shown his wife some love via social media.

Shortly after the "Me & U" songstress filed a $30 million lawsuit against her ex-boyfriend, Alex posted on his Instagram Story a sweet picture of him and his wife. The couple smiled while looking adoringly into each other with Cassie putting one of her hands on his neck. Alex simply captioned it with a heart emoji.

Earlier on Thursday, November 16, Cassie filed a lawsuit in the Federal District Court in Manhattan under the Adult Survivors Act, a New York law which allows people who say they were victims of sexual abuse to file civil suits after the statute of limitations has expired.

In the lawsuit, she accused the Bad Boy Records founder of "rape, and of repeated physical abuse over about a decade." Cassie alleged that Diddy kept providing her with drugs until she couldn't refuse them. She claimed she suffered memory loss, which might have been the result of extensive drug use or due to head injuries caused by Diddy, who allegedly beat her up "multiple times each year."

The 37-year-old additionally said that Diddy forced her to perform sexual acts with sex workers at hotels around the country as she was "given ecstasy, cocaine, GHB, ketamine, marijuana, and alcohol in excessive amounts." She said the hip-hop mogul filmed the occasions and sometimes he physically assaulted her.

In response to the allegations, Diddy slammed Cassie's lawsuit as an attempt to seek "a payday." His attorney Ben Brafman said in a statement, "Mr. Combs vehemently denies these offensive and outrageous allegations."

Ben added, "For the past 6 months, Mr. Combs, has been subjected to Ms. Ventura's persistent demand of $30 million, under the threat of writing a damaging book about their relationship, which was unequivocally rejected as blatant blackmail."

"Despite withdrawing her initial threat, Ms. Ventura has now resorted to filing a lawsuit riddled with baseless and outrageous lies," the lawyer continued, adding that the lawsuit aims "to tarnish Mr. Combs' reputation and seeking a pay day."

Weighing in on the allegations was Diddy's fellow rapper 50 Cent. Seemingly mocking the "I Need a Girl" hitmaker, the "Power" star/co-creator wrote on Instagram along with his selfie, "Damn brother love, brother love, brother love, you out here looking CRAZY AS A MF. LMAO." Fiddy was referring to Diddy's moniker Love or Brother Love, which he used in 2017.
