The 65-year-old actress, who met her TV writer/producer husband on a blind date in 1993, treats fans to a rare selfie of the two to mark the special milestone in their marriage.

AceShowbiz - Michelle Pfeiffer was celebrating her 30th wedding anniversary with David E. Kelley. Marking the special day, the "Scarface" star shared a sweet never-before-seen photo with her husband on her social media account.
On Monday, November 13, the 65-year-old turned to her Instagram page to post a selfie of her and David smiling to the camera. The snap saw the actress wearing a black top, while her spouse donned a navy shirt. She simply captioned the post by writing, "30 years of blis."
Michelle and David met on a blind date in 1993 and they got married that November. Speaking about the set-up, Michelle said on "The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon" in 2022, "I was kind of nervous ... and I'd had a couple of bad blind dates and I had sworn off of them, and my best friend said, 'Please, just this last time, meet this guy, David Kelley,' and I said, 'Okay.' " She added, "I thought it was a good idea to do like a bowling party."
It turned out that David had been "chatting it up" with Michelle's sister at a group dinner before the party. "I say to my best friend 'I think I should set Dedee [Michelle's sister] up with him they seem to be really hitting it off.' My friend said, 'Don't you dare I will kill you,' " she recalled, adding as a joke, "It didn't start off great."
Despite working in the entertainment industry, Michelle said she and her TV writer/producer husband do not work together. "I value our relationship more than a good part, and I just think it's too risky," she opined.
"We're both kind of fierce when we work, so if I come home and I've had a bad day, and I'm upset about something, I want him to be on my side because he hasn't heard the other side," she elaborated. "There's value in that."
